Versatile Blogger Award

As promised I’m slowly getting to the award nominations one more after this one.

Versatile means to be capable of or adapted for a variety of different uses, skills, etc. So using this guideline I chose my nominees.

A big shout out to Phil for this nomination, thanks for thinking of me and saying such nice things about my posts in general. If you don’t know Phil, check him out he is wonderfully talented.

I was also nominated for this award by Phyllis the Covert Novelist. I adore that blog name by the way! She is always a good read and means what she says. If you’ve never read her blog pop by and take a peek. It’s worth it.

This award nomination comes with some rules to accept. This is meant to be fun and share who you are as a blogger. You are under no obligation to accept this nomination and I wont be offended if you don’t. It’s all good.

  1. Thank the person who nominated you
  2. Share the award on your blog
  3. Share seven random facts about yourself
  4. Tag 10 bloggers with less than 1000 followers and let them know they have been nominated.

7 random facts about me:

  1. I love beer, the darker the better.
  2. I wrote the first draft of my book in three months. In my spare time.
  3. I haven’t had a cup of coffee in over 11 years
  4. Needles don’t bother me
  5. I cant play a single musical instrument, yet worked in a music store selling instruments for 13 years
  6. I originally wanted to write children’s stories
  7. I am a fish and wildlife technologist (Not working in that field)

My 10 nominees:
Check them out if you don’t know them you might just love what they have to say and or share. (I’ve added a blurb about them, this is not a requirement)

Asleep at the wheel – from poetry to NSFW stories and even rants 😉 Always entertaining.

An Extraordinary Ordinary Life – A blog worth reading. Daily challenges, writing, motivation, exercises, nutrition and more JB has it covered.

Kent – What can I say, he is quirky, dark, disturbed and hilarious. He is also surprisingly insightful with his musings 😉

Sherrie’s Always Write – Versatile is a word that you can use to describe her blog.

Writemebad – I could not, not nominate this blogger. Totally (usually) NSFW she has wonderful talent for poetry and a good smutty story or two.

The idiot in tinfoil – I don’t even know how to express how fantastic this blog is. A must read!

InsidiousTemptation – Another fantastic blog name. Also NSFW her poetry and stories are fun and interesting.

Kurtis – Poetry, art, music, fitness, books and more. Kurtis is a talented blogger.

Kristina – If you want versatile she has it in spades.

The Cliffhanger Chronicle Poetry, novellas, short stories, photography and more. She never fails to entertain.

Thanks again Phil and Phyllis for the nomination! Don’t think for a second that I missed the awesomeness of my nominators names!

    • Thanks for the complement, I hope you enjoy my other posts as well. Writing can’t be forced, when inspiration strikes run with it. I think the more you stress about not writing the harder it is to write. Cheers. 🙂

  3. Have you ever considered about adding a little bit more than just your articles?
I mean, what you say is fundamental and everything.

Nevertheless think about if you included some good pictures or video clips
to give your posts more, “pop”! Your content is
superb however with images and clips, this site could certainly be one of the most beneficial in its
    field. Great blog!

    • Linking videos and pictures is not my goal, it’s to blog and post my experiences and what I’ve learned throughout my journey. Thanks for the suggestion, but I like my blog simple and uncluttered.
